- 🔍 Navigate to the Users page and browse the list of active accounts
- 👤 Click into a user profile to view their details — including contact info, vehicles, and permit history- ⚠️ Review their citation history and click into individual citations for more context
- 📄 Open a specific citation to see time, location, and supporting evidence
- 📝 Launch the Appeal Modal to view or respond to submitted appeals directly within the portal
