In this video, we walk through how to write a parking citation using the Spot Parking Admin Portal — from identifying a violation to final submission.
You’ll learn how to:
- 🗺️ Use the Map View to locate and select a space with a potential violation
- 🎥 Watch the recorded footage of the vehicle parking illegally for verification- 🧾 Review the citation details, including timestamp, stall type, and vehicle info
- 💵 Enter a fee amount and prepare the citation for issuance
- ✅ Click the Cite button to finalize and send the citation to the user
- 📂 Navigate to the Citations page to view all previously issued citations, filter them, and track their status
