Your Spot Parking account is your key to everything in the Spot ecosystem — from logging violations on mobile, to reviewing data on the web dashboard, to managing parking permits. One account works across all devices and platforms, and your access is tailored based on your role.

🔑 One Account, Full Access


You only need one Spot Parking account to:

• Log into the Spot Watch enforcement app

• Access the Spot Admin Portal from a web browser

• Use the Spot Mobile App as a student, faculty, or visitor


Your account stays in sync across all platforms. That means:

• If you update your profile in one place, it updates everywhere

• Citations issued or appealed are visible on any device

• You can log in from multiple devices — phone, tablet, or desktop — without needing to create a new account

🔐 Permission Levels


Depending on your role, your account will have one of the following access levels:


1. User - Designed for students, faculty, and visitors.


2. Enforcer - Designed for parking enforcement personnel using the Spot Watch app.


3. Admin - Full control of the Spot Parking system.


You can’t assign yourself a higher role — only an Admin can promote other users.


🧠 Logging In


To log in from anywhere, just use your email and password (or Google account):

• Enforcers use the Spot Watch app

• Admins use the Admin Portal

• Students & Faculty use the Spot Parking Mobile App


🔄 Forgot Your Password?


No problem — passwords can be reset from any login screen. Just click “Forgot Password?”, and you’ll receive a confirmation code via email. You can use the same credentials again across all devices after the reset.
